Carter Ogden in the principal partner in the Ogden Law Firm in Oak Springs in 1987. He assisted Frank and Mildred Bevins in the preparation of their wills in 1986 and 1987.
Carter married Linda Winters on his return to Oak Springs from law school. Linda was a number of years younger than Carter. She was in the same Oak Springs High School class with Bart Bevins and Diane Spencer.
Carter and Linda had two children, Christopher and Melanie.
Christopher graduated from Oak Springs High School in the Spring of 1987, went to the State University, and finished Law School in 1994.
Melanie graduated from Oak Springs High School in the Spring of 1988, a year after Christopher.
She married Richard Stone
They adopted a daughter, Kim.
