The Final Preparation

Emliy Galicia, Staff Writer

Preparing for finals is a struggle, and many students find it hard to relax or even study during their final week. Finals for everyone is stressful and students need to find a good way to study and prepare for finals week.

Tips for Finals

  1. The first tip students should know is to create a study guide and read over it many times. If they don’t understand some material they should go and ask teachers for more material or ask any questions they have.
  2. Another idea for students is to organize a study group with their friends and help each other with topics that are hard for them.
  3. Instead of coffee, peppermint is a better option. Peppermint can reduce stomach aches and can contribute to enhancing memory. Most important of all make sure to get a lot of rest and do something to distract yourself and calm down.

4. Although studying is important for finals, having a good routine of eating and sleeping is also highly important. Some advice for students is to take naps between studying sessions. They should also take a warm bath to relax and not carry stress around. It is also vitally important to reduce caffeine since it shares the same side effects as stress does which includes nausea and insomnia.

Every student can pass finals as long as they have a good schedule and can handle time wisely. Make sure to not stress yourself too much and take your time on your tests. Good luck!
