Ruled by the Anarcho-Syndicalist Commune aka the Overlords in which its members take turns as a sort of executive officer for the week.
Specialty: mining currencies and gems, portals to the lower outerplanes for mining and resource gathering. A new form of currency is present here, the Soul Coin.
Notables: There are rumors of one of their subcities being transported to Hell. There is a significant population of blood elves in the city-state of Za'l.
Miysa. Aasimar Prominence. Forestbound. The City of Angels.
Ruled by the Empyrian Justicar as mandated by the Old Gods.
Specialty: A place other than Apreah in which Aasimars (and aspiring Aasimars) flock to find the divinity within in the Center Point, a public bath in which unlocks your true self. The Center Point is the only ascension well open to the public. All other wells are secured by the city's watch.A portal to the upper outerplanes exist for travel and resource gathering.
Notables: Lutrina is one of the most significant portion of the population here as Lutrina from the upper outerplanes migrate here.
Crasl. The Gateway to the Oriental West. Has Jelessian influence. The Pearl of Zroltol.
Ruled by the Khan in its Republic of West Zroltol.
Specialty: A republic in which other smaller city-states revere for the expansion from Kaldeerra's Dwarven King and Houses. Basically this is where all of the races go to to avoid the politically charged climate of mainland Zroltol. From Zho'shir, Qona, Zruxr, and Zrutl, these are outposts then that evolved to become of a place where you migrate to to start a new life.
Notables: Jelessians and Republicans alike have made a pact of such to share resources. With these, the Republic has access to the pure flora and fauna of Jeles. There is a question of which on what does the Republic trade to Jeles.
Kaldeerra. Capital of the Zroltollian Conglomerate. City of Metal. The capital of the Conglomerate.
Ruled by the Dwarf King and under it is its' 50 Houses.
Specialty: This is where the majority of the metal of the whole region comes from and all of the embassies from all the members of the Conglomerate preside. All politics and matters are here. Metal for practical use and not of currency. Mines that are extensively deep and seemingly neverending are present here. Also, all of the best colleges of the region are here. Colleges of the arcane, smithing, and philosophy are here.
Notables: Rumors have surfaced that the King wants to extend the mining operation of the Conglomerate to the Zhubian mountains south of Kaldeerra and it is stirring up something on the neighboring city-states.
Kha'ract. The City of Revels and Sin. Gambling and vices galore.
Technically, still under the rule of the Dwarven King, but has its Mayor.
Specialty: A glittering city of indulgence and lawlessness and cheap sin. All illegal substances and activities are made legal here. Such things are, drugs, alcohol, arms and magic trade, unfettered gambling
Notables: Rumors say it is known to obfuscate your sense of time and keep you there as long as possible. Also, a strange curse affects the area, prohibiting the communication of discrete incidents happening there outside of said area. With this in mind, alot of criminal organizations make this a home.
Ni'ymor. Dragonbelt Nation. North Inner Port. City of Silver.
Ruled by the Ancient Silver Dragon, S'ilvanus.
Specialty: The Grand Archives and the Total Museum of the Conglomerate is situated in the center of Ni'ymor the Silver Tower of S'ilvanus.
Notables: This is the center of history of Zroltol. Also, aside from dwarves and dragonborn, the city-state also has a significant population of halflings, gnomes, and grimalkins.
Khultin. Dragonbelt Nation. The Hidden Gem. City of Gold.
Ruled by the Ancient Gold Dragon, A'uris.
Specialty: The Impregnable Vaults of the Conglomerate is situated under the city-state here. This was once only an outpost with the sole reason of protecting valuables (including money) that has since grown into a Megapoleis. A'uris is a mastermind in fortification and as such, he is tasked with the defense of the most prized possessions of the whole Conglomerate (and also its members).
Notables: This city-state has the highest quality of life compared to the other city-states due to its safety and security.
Dradr & Guled'rum under the protection of Khultin
Leyrith. Dragonbelt Nation. The Gateway to the Outbound East. Sea Culture. City of Bronze.
Ruled by the Ancient Bronze Dragon, A'eneussae.
Specialty: Houses the Navy of the Conglomerate and is also a strategic point of the Conglomerate in times of war.
Notables: The Navy of the Conglomerate is the one tasked to protect the borders of the whole of Zroltol and this is the place where they bring prisoners, pirates, and treasures gotten on the job. This is also where the Conglomerate has their Maximum Security Prison, Taros. The treasures brought here is then transported to Khultin for safekeeping or to Ni'ymor for display.
J'evill. Dragonbelt Nation. Centaur Prominence. City of Copper.
Ruled by the Ancient Copper Dragon, C'uprum.
Specialty: This is the cultural center of the Conglomerate. In the center of the city is the Tower of Dreams and Wonders. This is where all kinds of art, from music, theater, poems to paintings and sculptures, is traded and serviced. A dreamland for the artists of the world and those interested in the arts.
Notables: The city has a significant population of Centaurs, Cervitaurs, and Satyrs. With the culture of Zroltol in mind, this is the most soulful center of the region as society see art as intimate and soul-baring. This is the only place in Zroltol where art is not seen as taboo.
Zlerth. Dragonbelt Nation. South Inner Port. City of Brass.
Ruled by the Ancient Brass Dragon, R'ikhalkhos.
Specialty: This is known as the City of Talks and Whispers due to a Mithal placed on the city in which violence, when done, is given quick punishment. This city is the default meeting place of the Conglomerate when the need extends outside of politics. High-ranking members of Zroltollian society (royal families, etc.) make this a home because of the mithal placed here but this is only second to the safety given by the city-state of Khultin.
Notables: While violence is absent here, thievery and other types of criminal activities are present here.
Ufley. Neo-Dwarven Capital of the Zroltollian Conglomerate.
Ruled by the Oligarchy of Ulfey.
Specialty: This is where the dwarves not part of the 50 houses ran to along time ago. As such, they have made their own culture different than that of Kaldeerra. A culture not centered on the importance of metal. Ufley is the agricultural center of the Conglomerate.
Notables: Crops of different kind exist only here and are exported to other parts of the Conglomerate. Population of the city is 80% dwarves.
Fester. Tabaxiland. The Gateway to the Fiery South.
Ruled by the Tabaxi Raja Triumvirate
Specialty: Desert, forest, & grassland goods, and traded resources from all of its allied city-states [Zia, Krolens, Clurith, Ikroton]. These include horses and camels as these are the main mode of transportation for the Conglomerate.
Notables: Majority of the city-state's population is comprised of mainly of Tabaxi and Canidae.
Munbuzh. Orc, Half-Orc Capital. Bogs, marshes, and swamps.
Ruled by the Council of Munbuzh.
Specialty: The region around Munbuzh is below sea level, close to the ocean surrounded by swamp. Swamp flora and fauna is the resource here. This is the leading city in terms of medical advancements. As such, medical colleges and technologies are found and developed here.
Notables: Due to its geographical location, it shouldn't exist on a swampy region.. but still it is there. Munbuzh is a crumbling city of stubornness, smooth music and distinct food. Also, the last known group of living Orcs are here.
Zresa. Where Dwarvenkind was Born. Volcanic City.
Technically, under the rule of the Dwarven King but there have been news of Zresans wanting to get out of the Conglomerate and build their own alliance..
Specialty: Volcanic resources are found here.
Notables: Rumors of demonic monsters unknown to mortals have been sighted here. The Conglomerate has taken attention to this.
