is the currency-holding system found in Zroltol. It is mandated by the Conglomerate that all citizens of the members of the Conglomerate be given a Gol'tat at their nearest city center as early as 10 years of age irregardless of race. It is given in the form of a tattoo present on the medial aspect of one forearm.
The amount is always seen on first glance.
It cannot be removed by any means. [On the chance that the limb where the Gol'tat is cutoff, the citizen can get another one as it is the right of the citizen.] [It is impossible to use removed forearms or even the skin in which the tattoo is on without it being 'attached' to the original individual as it is considered attuned to the original person innately {Does not eat an attunement slot}.]
A deposit can be made at a Conglomerate bank and the bankers will then update your balance both in the tattoo and the Conglomerate bank.
Trade and service payments can be done through the Gol'tat system by aligning each of the opposite parties tattoo with each other and letting the agreed upon amount flow (the giver dictates what is to be given but the recipient can only accept; this is all done through concentration for both parties)
A withraw can be made anytime but this is ill-advised as with this, the wealth can always be safe and also be freely moving.
When an individual dies, the Gol'tat of the individual is rendered unusable. The balance of the now dead individual is now in possession of the Conglomerate bank.
[The Conglomerate has also foreseen the consequence this has. With this in mind, the Conglomerate has properly remade the economic system of the region. When an individual dies, the wealth on its Gol'tat is spread to the resources of the whole region. The wealth goes back into the circulation. With this, the disaster of killing nobles and the rich is averted.]
[In cases of accidents, the kin of the deceased can make an appeal to the Conglomerate justice system to reinstate the dead immediate family's wealth under the applicant's name. An investigation will be conducted by the Conglomerate officials and judgement will be given after said investigation.] In the case of spells with monetary value component/s being consumed, the Gol'tat can be used with the spell directly subtracting the amount needed for the spell. [Meta: If you watched the movie 'In Time', the one with Justin Timberlake in it, this is kinda like that minus the part where you die when you run out of time]
