It is known in Zroltol that magic is wieldable by its inhabitants only under the cloaking of “elements.” These elements are not technically the real thing, but rather and your essence's best imitation of it. One who wields fire will not burn someone, one who wields lightning will not electrocute someone. However, the more proficient one gets at their attuned element, the better they can imitate it. As of the moment, there are 7 learnable elements; all of which are classified as Divine. As one chooses an element to learn and pursue, the other elements become increasingly difficult to learn as your essence is attuned to your chosen element.
