Man United are without a manager and are waiting until the summer to make a permanent appointment. In this article, I will be looking at three interim managers the club could appoint until the summer.
Option One - Ralf Rangnick
The name that every fan wants into the end of the season is the German man Ralf Rangnick who was a key player in RB Leipzig's rise through the German tiers. He plays an attacking style of football, with his preferred being a 4-2-2-2 or a 4-3-3 that would please all united fans. He has reservations over taking the job only for a few months, but maybe Murtough may convince him to come with the right persuading as Sporting Director he is a big fan of him.
Option Two - Laurent Blanc
A former red currently managing in a league not very well known league, sound familiar? Well, Blanc is working with James RodrĂguez and Steven Nzonzi at Al-Rayyan in the Saudi league. An Ex PSG manager who could provide stability until the end of the season and knows the club. The worry lies with his current form at Al-Rayyan, with whom he hasn't won a game in six matches.
Option Three: Rudi Garcia
The third option is former Lyon manager Rudi Garcia who is currently out of work. He brought Lyon to the semi-finals of the Champions League and plays excellent and exciting football, and he has managed the likes of AS Roma and Lille and could provide an excellent short term option.
The news right now is conflicting, and there will be more news in the coming weeks concerning the appointments of the new manager. Still, in my view, the perfect intern is Rangnick, who has no connections to the club and will make some of the underperformers work harder for the place. Until a new manager is confirmed, let's get behind Carrick and the team in Spain and hope we can get through to the knockouts
