Ever heard the saying "making a mountain out of a molehill" well, that's kinda what's happening at Man United at the moment with headlines about revolts and up to 10 players being unhappy. In this article, I will be going over what's going on, how Twitter and mainstream media is making it a soap opera, and why it isn't that big of a deal. and I'll look at how anything Man United do is inflated unlike any other club
What is going on
The leaks and reports reported that ten players are unhappy and want to leave in the summer or this window. These reports are coming from the English media mainly. The revolt stories are something that I can't say I even believe, but I will say these stories are from very low-reliability sources that like to stir the pot with Man Utd.
The Truth
People need to realise that a few players will not be satisfied with playing them. The majority of them are content and happy to work with the manager. The fringe players aren't happy, but players that don't play aren't happy, so the recent reports are over dramatised for the clicks and interactions. This always happens with the club, and it wouldn't matter who the manager is. Ah yes, a revolt now. Let's be honest this sounds like the players are going to start a fight with the intern manager Ralf Rangnick which is not going to happen because no matter how mad those players are, we are not in a western. The players aren't going to start fighting with a 63-year-old man.
The media double standard
One journalist this week has been tweeting non-stop about United in his articles which have most likely been made up to get people to read because remember Man United = Money. Whenever Man Utd buy players, the fee is always dramatised to make people think the club paid more than a player, whereas other teams don't have that pressure with signings.
Three big players were signed this summer for three teams, but guess which signing has been called a "flop" yup, you guessed it, Jadon Sancho. The 21-year-old who just moved to the League for the first time as a professional, over the player who already wants to leave and go back to his old club or the costly bench player. The difference between the three is that two of those players do not play for Man Utd. The same standards apply to managers, with the United manager always under the microscope no matter who they are or how much they have won.
Summary
The best people for MUFC news are Simon Stone, Simon Peach, and Fabrizio Romano, who all report legit news on Twitter. Think is this person reliable look at their reliability on the tier list on Reddit. The players are movable, so I won't be sad to see them leave. Let us all back the team and have an excellent finish to the season.
