Droid Categories
COMMON: If a droid is classified as COMMON, then every Alumni member can roleplay them. These droids are in abundance, in other words, there’s plenty in the Alumni’s storage.
LIMITED: If a droid is classified as LIMITED, there are quantities of them available, but only people roles have access to them and require permission.
RESTRICTED: If a droid is classified as RESTRICTED, then these kinds of droids are only used for special circumstances. Only HRs and above have the capability to operate them.
An SD-1 Light Security Droid
SD-1 Light Security Droid
Category: COMMON
To meet the demands for Security Droids, the Alumni started to produce considerable amounts of cheaply produced droids with whatever materials they had on hand. Christened SD-1, they were named such due to the fact they are mostly made from random and assorted scrap along with whatever spare parts were lying around. Due to their flimsy construction, their durability is exceptionally poor making them very susceptible to gunfire, with one shot sometimes being enough to disable a unit entirely. Furthermore, their AI systems are very primitive allowing for only basic commands to be given. Their targeting software is equally lackluster with very few shots actually landing their mark if the target is not stationary and nearby.
As such, their utility is evident when used in high numbers. They have high transportability and recoverability as they have an easy-to-grab handle on the back for quick removal from the battlefield. Additionally they are capable of reducing size via folding parts of their body for effective transportation. With all this in mind, these droids should only be used for security details and not any form of combat unless absolutely required.
SD-2 Medium Security Droid
Category: LIMITED
The SD-2 is the successor to the SD-1 Droid with various improvements. More durable materials have been used in its construction allowing for increased protection against laser and ballistic weapons. Unfortunately due to its increased cost of materials and labor-intensive construction as well as more complex AI system, these droids are more limited in number. They are normally found in situations where danger is a large factor and more precision is required when compared to the wave tactics of SD-1s.

A DRX-ACD "Brute" Droid
DRX-ACD "Brute" Droid
Category: RESTRICTED
Designed for the pre-Flash US Military, the few Brutes the Alumni possess are pre-war remnants where they were originally used to guard the various secret projects being developed within the Compendium. The Brute is built with a titanium alloy skeleton covered by stainless steel skin. Brutes are highly modular allowing for various mission packages to be attached from extra armor, heavy weapons, communications equipment, and even prototype energy shield generators to protect human targets. Sadly, a majority of these modules are lost to time and unable to be built by the Alumni. Instead, the Alumni Brutes have been heavily modified for use in a post-Flash environment where resources are more scarce. Regardless, these machines are excellent combat tools and are only seen acting out on behalf of the President or for extremely dangerous and important situations.
AR-51 "Lightbar" Medical Droid
Category: COMMON
The AR-51 "Lightbar" Medical droid sports a slimmer build in comparison to its predecessor the AR-50 "Cyclops" Security Droid. The droid predominantly finds itself within the Sanctum walls but on occasion patrols take these droids as medical backup should a human medic be unavailable. Most of the droid bares a resemblance to the cheaper made SD-1; however being retrofitted with a 95 degree angle head to allow superior vision . The AR-51 "Lightbar" Medical Droid is designed primarily for use in nursery, medicine, surgery and in occasion field work, as its fit with a head mounted flashlight, transilluminator combo and frequently updated medical knowledge along with other features.
The AR-51 "Lightbar" Medical droid is susceptible to damage amongsts its hips, wrists, and ankles to prevent it from functioning on any wounded. As of 2164, the AR-51 "Lightbar" Medical droid has been phased out by the superior AD-2 "Jack" Droids.

An AD-1 "Iron Wall" Support Droid
AD-1 "Iron Wall" Support Droid
Category: COMMON
Similar to its predecessor the SD-1 Light Security Droid, the AD-1 droid was made to be utilized as portable cover; being able to withstand up to 5.56mm rounds but unable to fight in combat due to the large armor enveloping its body. The droid is essentially useless in full combat against enemy troops; making up for it in armor to defend those utilizing it as a shield. The droid has a basic A.I. chip that allows it to recognize orders from others but has no self-thoughts and as such is as simplistic as a droid can get.
AD-2 "Jack" Menial Droid
Category: COMMON
The AD-2 "Jack" Menial Droid is a jack of all trades, being commonly seen all over Sanctum in different professions ranging from mechanical, medical, engineering, etc. The droids offer a gray rubber synthetic skin in an attempt to make them seem more human, however they instead look rather uncanny as a result. More often than not, some Alumni choose to bring these droids on patrols, skirmishes, or even explorative groups as menial support. What it strengthens itself on tasks, the AD-2 "Jack" Menial Droid is as cheap as an SD-1, being taken down in a few rounds to the chest or even just one to the head.
An AD-2 "Jack" Menial Droid
AD-3 "Mule" Auxiliary droid
Category: COMMON
A small construction droid that was designed to carry all sorts of necessary equipment inside of its TWO chassis, both divided in layers, the one on the very top can carry more quickly accessible and LIGHT equipment such as med-kits, survival tools and canned food, on the other hand the lower layer can carry more HEAVY items such as ammo, small handguns, and even some pieces of armor. The structure of this droid was designed to hold up to a total of 200 pounds in total weight, it may be capable of somewhat exceeding this for a short lapse of time, but if left for extended periods, the droids joints may damage and make the entirety of it's infrastructure collapse.
KnightScope K13 "Provost"
Category: COMMON
A droid model constructed by the Alumni for Sanctum Regulations Bureau use, this unit was built using blueprints from an original K13, created by the KnightScope Security Automata Company pre-Flash. Its uses by the Bureau vary, often acting as patrol units and security cameras for areas without them. In raids, they can be seen as replacement for personnel and are usually armed with a gauss handgun or some form of short PDW or SMG. They posses builds akin to most security droids of similar make with some additional features pertinent to their role. Uniquely, the K13 posses an integral baton, low-powered shockbreach similar in strength to a standard police taser, and a specially designed law enforcement AI.
An FXT-71 "Draupnir" Explosive Drone
FXT-71 "Draupnir" Explosive Drone
Category: LIMITED
Based loosely on the pre-war anti-armor drone "Blade" 300, the Draupnir was produced only a few years after the emergence from their bunkers. This drone is reliable when nearby, as distance increases, the latency does so aswell, it is very dangerous to use it at anywhere past medium range and has been known to lose control and become unrecoverable after the range was passed. These were proven in trial of fire when several armored vehicles; although crudely armored, but still armored, were destroyed by an astonishingly low amount of these units. These still serve their operators well and can be relied upon in a pinch that needs some explosive solutions.
FPP-59 "Magpie" CQC Drone
Category: COMMON
A favored piece of complimentary equipment amongst field combatants, the Magpie was originally manufactured in 2159 by Valedictorian engineers to counteract combatants hiding behind cover. A Magpie is an offensive scouting drone with a set of secondary rotors intended to mutilate combatants by veering close to their bodies and simply hovering nearby.
The unit can be neatly folded to fit into larger bags on an individual's personal rig. The unit is intended to be deployed in close-up firefights to out-maneuver opponents and deny coverage. The Magpie functions off of it's own independent AI, which allows it's handler to provide offensive support without having to worry about controlling the drone.
The capabilities of the Magpie includes;
Generally agile, high maneuverability which makes it great for forcing opponents out of cover.
Volatile blade mechanism can cause severe damage.
Limitations;
Very fragile, would probably go down with a singular swat from a melee weapon or hitting it a few times with your fists.
Weak connectivity, needs to stay relatively close to it's user.

An XD-88 "Warhawk" Assault Drone
XD-88 "Warhawk" Assault Drone
Category: LIMITED
A experimental fire-support drone; an assault unit, from the same family as the XD-71 Eagle. It is large and cumbersome, and has a completely evolved design from the XD-71, featuring three high-power fan blades which give it enough lift to be up in the air and off the ground. It is armed with a 9x19 automatic turret, with a magazine integrated into the drone, with about 60 rounds to spare. It uses this to exclusively provide short bursts to harass the enemy. It is equipped with night vision, and an excellent camera system. Many that make use of this find it to be reliable in combat, as it can survive a good bit of damage, but is vulnerable to sustained small-arms fire. The battery of the drone has only so much power, so it's run-time dwindles down to a mere hour, limiting it's uses.
A SFD-1 "Icarus" Recon Drone
SFD-1 "Icarus" Recon Drone
Category: COMMON
In the early years of the Alumni, the Salutatorian forces sought a way to explore their new found ruins of E.I.T without the loss of life. The concept was eventually founded by the faction, producing a cheap recon drone to be used by recon specialists to scout an area before the main force arrived. Similar to the SD-1s, SFD-1s were made of similar materials; allowing it to be cheaply made and mass produced as a result. The durability of SFD-1s led to the drones being able to easily shot down by any round of weaponry however; a drawback to the cheap components. The drones would have to be remote controlled by an operator; possessing no A.I. to allow the drone to freely fly about and return information to its owner.
The SFD-1 possesses a 1080p HD wide-angled camera capable of 120° support and triple 3.7M batteries capable of 45 minutes of usage. Nowadays, the drone is used by the Alumni in the case of scouting common routes to prevent ambushes on any Alumni patrols.
SFD-2 "Pegasus" Support Drone
Category: LIMITED
The SFD-2 was the eventual predecessor of the SFD-1 , having been created by the time the Alumni had established their known home of Sanctum. The specifications of the droids remained nearly the same, with the addition of more armor towards the SFD-2 to prevent it from being taken down from one round. Instead, the SFD-2 can take a total of three rounds of lower tiered calibers while remaining vulnerable to one round of higher tiers. However, the result of armor within the SFD-2 caused the drone to be much more sluggish in speed compared to its predecessor.
Another edition to the drone was the carry-handle underneath the drone to allow it to pick-up/drop-off small forms of supplies should it be required. The Alumni prefer to use these drones during skirmishes, albeit with the addition of SFD-1s due to the slower travel speed. They are typically known to simply deliver supplies to the battlefield.
