What is a Mechatronics System?
A Mechatronics System, put simply, is the combination of Components into Modules which then are organized into a System to accomplish work, usually with the incorporation of Automated control.
Where can I see a Mechatronics System?
Mechatronics System's are everywhere in the modern world. In many cases these systems are seemingly simple on the surface but can be infinitely complex with thousands of Components and Modules working together within a System. A great example of this is an automobile.
In order to have a conversation about this that is more approachable and time efficient, we are going to examine the Mechatronics system within a more simple and common application.
So with this in mind we will be looking at an Ativa Paper Shredder that I have in my home office.
