MAC OSX El Capitan WiFi dropouts
If you are suffering with an intermittent WiFi connection you have a problem on your MAC OSX device. This problem was present in my MacBook Pro retina with El Capitan and all the latest updates. You would be surfing the net and the pages would freeze for a few seconds, sometimes for a few minutes.
After running some tests on a Desktop PC running Windows 10 on the same network as the MAC OSX device using the same WiFi connection, it showed I had no issues with the network.
I ran a continuous ping to 8.8.8.8 which is one of Google’s DNS servers.
This fix seems to be location specific. So if you have another locations you use a lot do the same operation when at that location.
