Films

I have two added two movies one filename.mp4 and the other filename.mov

iTunes plays both movies on the PC with no problem. When I sync my iphone none of the movies get transferred to the iphone (3G).

I also tried putting the movies into the "Automatically Add to iTunes" folder. The video disappears from the folder but they do not end up on the iphone.

Both videos are fairly small and I have plenty of space of the phone.

I have chosen both "All movies" and just those you have selected in the list. Then click on the Sync button. But no films end up on the iphone.

Eventually have managed to find what the problem is. When you place a film in the film container and drag it to the iphone, itunes will not inform you of any issues if the video is not compatible, it just says "nothing". Once you have the correct converted video it goes across and plays on the iphone. By the way I have tried a software app called "AVS Video Converter" to convert the video and it worked fine.
