WORKSHOP AGENDA

Workshop Overview & Purpose:  Data, data everywhere! Whether you just wrapped your first summer program or your third, get ready for an engaging and informative workshop about this year’s reflection and revision process and its link to sustainability. With continuous improvement being a cornerstone for achieving measurable outcomes and establishing the value of your programs, this workshop will focus on the opportunities to use data for continuous improvement and sustainability efforts in the coming year. You’ll participate in generative small and large group peer conversations to share early reflections from 2023, deepen your understanding of the ADSY PEP Summer evidence-based framework for sustainability, and share ways in which your team is, or is thinking about, using compelling data and storytelling to make progress towards sustainability.  Teams will walk away with new and clarified ideas to take back for continued planning with your steering committees and D&I partners.

We’ll wrap up our time together in a brief Project Manager Huddle with all ADSY PEP Project Managers and key partners to share initiative updates, look closely at what’s coming up in the planning process, and answer your questions about project requirements, tools, and strategies for your work.

Intended Audience: Project Managers; Steering Committee Members; campus principals and additional district leaders, or external stakeholders (recommended if not represented on Steering Committee) that support evaluation and sustainability planning.

Project Managers are required to attend.

*Note about recommended participants’ arrivals and departures: We understand that not all recommended participants may be able to stay for the full workshop. For anyone joining specific segments, please be mindful that you are joining a workshop in progress and we ask that you plan to arrive at the times listed for each segment and stay until it ends. At times we may be running a few minutes behind and appreciate your patience and understanding.
