WORKSHOP AGENDA
Workshop Overview & Purpose: Get ready for an informative and engaging first workshop that will help you envision the opportunities for your 2024 summer programs through an initial review and discussion of the summer learning evidence and ADYS PEP Summer indicators of success. You’ll participate in generative small and large group peer conversations to explore and develop emerging ideas for your summer learning visions based on your team’s current thinking and what is surfacing for you throughout the workshop. Teams will walk away with new and clarified ideas to take back for continued planning with your steering committees and D&I partners.
Project Managers are required to attend.
Intended Audience: Project Managers, Steering Committee Members; additional LEA leaders and campus principals (recommended if not represented on Steering Committee)
*Note about recommended participants’ arrivals and departures: We understand that not all recommended participants may be able to stay for the full workshop. For anyone joining specific segments, please be mindful that you are joining a workshop in progress and we ask that you plan to arrive at the times listed for each segment and stay until it ends. At times we may be running a few minutes behind and appreciate your patience and understanding.
