Miss Rose Jane Comilang

During my observation of Miss Rose Jane Comilang’s classes at the University of Northern Philippines, her teaching style stood out for its clarity and authoritative presence. She uses a loud and confident voice that establishes her role as the teacher and maintains students' focus throughout the lesson. This approach creates a disciplined learning environment where students clearly understand the boundaries between teacher and learner.

Miss Comilang employs various tools to make her lessons more engaging and effective. These include a whiteboard for visual explanations, a monitor screen for displaying multimedia resources, and a book of Greek mythology stories as part of her English literature curriculum. Her ability to integrate these tools enriches her teaching, providing students with multiple ways to absorb the material. Her classes cover a diverse range of content, including both literature, like mythology, and technical English, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.

Her dynamic and resourceful teaching methods not only make her lessons engaging but also demonstrate her ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit the material being covered, whether it’s literary analysis or technical writing. Hezkiel Martinus

Hezkiel Martinus teaches basic math and reading skills to a group of kindergarten children using a creative and friendly approach.
