回歸以來，藝術界如何回應文化變貌的挑戰？如何重新定義「本土」？如何尋找另類的生存模式、與大眾分享藝術文化的價值？〈廿年回歸前後話 Talkover/Handover 2.0〉期望透過文化界的交流及創作，回應二十年來香港的變遷，反思我們如何迎向未來。早前透過議題公投及公開徵集創作方案，五個參展單位已埋位，在展覽之前，將就藝術空間的持續發展、政治紛擾與藝術的社會面向、藝術勞動、藝術與「本土」這四大議題，於5-6月間舉行一系列的討論會及工作坊，以不同形式與大家一起探討香港的藝文狀況，歡迎大眾參與（部分活動需預先登記）。

2017 marks the 20th anniversary of Hong Kong handover. Talkover/Handover 2.0 hopes to carry on the research of Hong Kong’s latest cultural development at this historical moment, as it did in 2007. Following the previous stages of online pollings and open call for proposals for nominated topics, five proposals have been selected. In May/June, the exhibiting artists will open up discussions with the public on specific topics; their work inspired by the public discussion will be presented in the exhibition at 1a space this June/July.
