This is her most recent design, I finished drawing March first, so pretty recent. From my computer view, I'm kinda sad she doesn't look as good as she does in person. I mean, she still looks nice but in person it looks better, mainly that she looks thinner than she actually is. However, I did add a lot more animal, plant, and fungi features, as in, her torso and part of her left arm have mushrooms, (Cow's tongue, specifically) and there's some of that ancient fungi that ruled the Earth before trees came about. Still kept her vine hair but I think that might've been the only thing that actually carried on- technically she still has wings, but instead of leaf wings for flying, she has several moth wings as a veil. She's also just more furry in general, got a darker nose to mimic a deer nose, the four eyes on her cheeks are spider eyes, her lips are supposed to somewhat resemble a bird's beak. Three tails, one is fur that resembles flame, one is grassy and the last one is kinda like an owl dragon. I also had lots of fun drawing the layers of her skirts, this design just has a lot of layers in general. But regardless of anything I may complain about, I can proudly say that this is a massive upgrade from the second design and especially the Sutrimuerte one.
It took a whole day to come up with what to add and complete it but I was able to do it in only seven hours because I was figuratively dying in bed and eating ibeprofen. However I did watch all three seasons, all six and a half hours of Meta Runner, which is the first series produced by Glitch Productions. I loved the story. I thought the start was really awkward in voice acting and the gasps, but I legit froze when Masa freaking exploded. I also just love Evelyn's design. (Me when pink villains)
Sorry for the super different lighting for the drawings, but here we got Jellyfish Tears, the first drawing is Kaen walking along water, having a nice walk as jellyfish follow her and flowers just fall and float calmly on the surface. Second drawing is of her crying jellyfish tears, which were very fun to draw. (Any Bee and Puppycat enjoyers? Damn, I keep doing a lot of refferences, I need to make a list of all the fandoms I refferenced and see how long the list is.)
Anyway, something really important is that in the first drawing, you can see eyes on her moth wing veil, which, if you look at Iska's page and go to her possibly new designs, you'll see a lot of eyes on there too, some hidden, some obvious. But it's also mean to be a tie between the two, "Life will always see and will always continue. It's far more resiliant than you believe. You're nothing without me, if life is gone, there's nothing to twist and no one to decieve. It always finds a way." "And yet, life twists itself. People lie, poisenous plants decieve the animals that consume them and die by them, your lovely humans don't need me to devieve and distort, they're horrible on their own. You will never be rid of me, Kaen." But I also just thought it was kinda cool because moths sometimes have eyes on their wings :D
This is her second drawing of design. Actually, I drew this during a four hour car ride in Spain, so the lines are kinda wobbly but it's not as obvious as some of the others who were drawn on airplanes. Some things, she's very leafy. Vine hair, leafy wings. I'm also a little sad that it doesn't show up on the image that she's got darker skin and it just looks like it's half a shade lighter than cardboard, but her skin is a lot darker. It's also a bit pixlated, so apologies for that.
I think that this is a smooth inbetween for the first and current designs, you can see how the first transitioned in to the second and how the second transitioned into the third. I feel like the jump from Sutrimuerte to current Sutrimer directly would be comedically jarring. It looks like I rearranged their designs at first glance but you can just tell what carried over. Looking first to final just feels kinda like a reward
Okay this first design is actually sad to me. She has next to no details and had very little personality traits back in Sutrimuerte. The difference between the two, and then just those two random ass sticks poking out of her back which are supposed to be wings but I didn't have the energy to draw two more lines for it. These clothes seem kinda uncomfortable and also don't seem like they would work with her wings and then her skirt looks like it wouldn't even let her step half a centimeter forward. Also there's like a random bend like she's sitting sideways?
But again, this is a mostly good foundation because without this I would've had just spagetthi type ideas for her design. Sutrimuerte is still the prototype to Sutrimer and gave me a solid idea to base it off of.
