Taguig Mobility Office serves as the main office in implementing the city's mobility studies and programs.
In 2020, the "Bike Friendly Ordinance" was passed in the City of Taguig to further extend the use of bicycles as transportation and protect cyclists on the road.
There are 60 kilometers of bike lanes in Taguig and most of them are protected by Class II bollards. Bike lanes are located along Cayetano Boulevard, Bayani Road - Lawton Avenue, C6 Road, and roads to vaccination hubs, schools, churches, parks and plazas, malls, barangay halls and health centers, bike shops, and PNP, BFP, ER Stations.

The City Government of Taguig and the Municipality of Pateros signed a memorandum of agreement allowing tricycle operators from Taguig City and Pateros to transport passengers from Taguig City District I, Barangay Comembo, Barangay Rizal, and Barangay Pembo to Pateros and vice versa.

This aims to simplify travel for passengers within the two cities and prevent the need for double boarding, which would result in higher fares for passengers.
The City Government of Taguig, through the Taguig Public Transport Office (PTO) and the Tricycle Regulatory Unit (TRU), has started the installation of the new city plates to over 94 TODA associations. This initiative aims to ensure a more organized, disciplined, and efficient transport system.
It also strengthens the steps toward a zero-colorum Taguig City.
Around 1,300 tricycle units of EMBO TODA were awarded of free franchise from the City Government of Taguig after more than 10 years.
Tricycle Operators also received their Motorized Tricycle Operator's Permits which will allow them to legally operate.
There are a total of 34 TODAs in EMBO Barangays.
