105-DAY EXPANDED MATERNITY LEAVE LAW
Republic Act 11210 - Provides the updated policy on maternity leave that cover females who are workers in the private and public sectors, informal economy, voluntary contributor to SSS, and national athletes. It also grants a woman the option to allocate up to seven days of paid maternity leave to her child's father or an alternate care giver.
Sec. 7. T. (Definition of Terms), RA 9710 IRR - MCW Special Leave benefit refers to a female employee's leave entitlement of two (2) months with full pay based on her gross monthly compensation following surgery caused by gynecological disorders.
Republic Act 9208 as amended by Republic Act 10364 - Refers to the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring, adoption, or receipt of a child for the purpose of exploitation or when the adoption is induced by any form of consideration for exploitative purposes shall also be considered as "trafficking in persons".
Republic Act 9262 - Refers to any form of violence committed by an intimate partner against a woman who is a wife/former wife, sexual partner, dating relationship, whom he has a common child, and her child whether legitimate or illegitimate.
Republic Act 8353 - Refers to sexual intercourse that is committed through force, threat, or intimidation, deprived of reason or is unconscious, through fraudulent machination or grave abuse of authority or the victim is under 12 years old or demented or sexual assault through inserting his penis into another person's mouth or anal orifice or any object into the genital or oral orifice.
Republic Act 7877 - Refers to any act committed by a person of authority, influence, or moral ascendency in work, training, education environment, or any other that demands, requests, or requires sexual favor from the other person.
