Taguig CARES and Every Nation Leadership Institute (ENLI) created a HOPE Manual titled "Tara USAP" (Understanding the Self and Appreciating my Personality) that tackles about information on mental health and well-being, and promote safe space and community for high school students.
As part of the city's mental health initiatives, the City of Taguig inaugurated five (5) HOPE Centers in public schools on October 8, 2025:

The HOPE Centers, short for Helping Each Other find Peace and Encourage, will serve as safe spaces for students to reflect, connect, and engage in meaningful conversations with one another.
