Persons Who Use Drugs
This process assists surrendered drug personalities who want to be assessed and referred for proper intervention.
Requirement:
Endorsement letter from barangay
An examination conducted by a DOH accredited physician on the level of drug dependency of Persons Who Use Drugs (PWUDs).
Categories of drug dependency:
Score 2-3/11 (Mild) are referred to Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation Program or CBDRP.
Score 4-5/11 (Moderate) are referred to DOH accredited facility with Intensive Outpatient Counseling Program.
Score 6/11 and above (Severe) are referred to DOH accredited facility with In-patient Counseling Program.
One month brief intervention for low risk Persons Who Use Drugs (PWUDas) that focuses on drug prevention and psychosocial education programs.
Six (6) months outpatient counseling program given to moderate risk to mild dependence Persons Who Used Drugs (PWUDs) which provides a holistic based approach to treatment and rehabilitation program.
Rehabilitation program for Persons Who Use Drugs (PWUDs) categorized with severe drug dependence.
The City Government of Taguig allocated Php 50,400 for every patient that will be admitted at DOH-TRC Bicutan under Ordinance No. 11, Series of 2017.

Fiscal Clearance
Court Clearance
2 pcs 2x2 ID Picture
Endorsement letter from Barangay
Certificate of Indigency
Barangay ID/Certificate of Residency
Voter's ID/Voter's Certification
Vaccination Card
This allows quarterly visitation of Taguig residents PWUDs admitted at DOH-TRC Bicutan. Patients received the following:
Hygiene kit supplies
Groceries
Pillow
Blanket
Set of Patient uniforms (white shirt and shorts)
Pair of slippers
For those who completed CBDRP and rehabilitated at DOH-TRC Bicutan are required to undergo 3 to 18 months of after care and monitoring that focuses on the continuous recovery and relapse management program.
