Egg Fried Rice

I had rice from the day before. I looked up some simple recipes and there it was: the easiest and simplest of fried rice recipes. Steps:

  1. Fry some diced onions, carrots, bell peppers, corn or whatever vegetables. Make sure the amount of vegetables is not too much compared to the rice.

  2. Add one egg per portion of rice. Add more if you are like me!

  3. Add more oil on top of the eggs before adding the rice.

  4. Add 1-2 tbsp of soysauce, salt as per taste. Secret ingredient: Add two tbsp mayonnaise.

  5. Add two three tbsp of green onion.
