Egg chicken roll (ODISHA style)

  1. cut 2-3 chicken breast, 1/2 onion, 1/2 tomato, 2 chillies into very small cubes.

  2. saute onion and tomato. add tomato paste (1.5 tbsp)

  3. add garam masala, amchoor, black pepper.

  4. add chicken and fry for 4-5 min till they turn white.

  5. add ketchup 2 tbsp, 1 tbsp indian green chilli sauce, MSG.

  6. take it out to cool.

  7. add oil on a pan, add one beaten egg and immediately add a big tortilla.

  8. let the egg cook and then flip the tortilla.

  9. cook on the other side.

  10. remove egg tortilla from the flame.

  11. add cool chicken mixture, few pieces of raw onion (compulsory), other sliced vegetables (optional).

  12. add chaat/amchoor powder.

  13. roll up the tortilla and your odisha style egg chicken roll is ready.
