Tim Rieck gave a very detailed talk on using small DNA numbers to extend your family tree by building "quick and dirty" trees from the scant bits of information he finds until he has a valuable result

Teresa Eckford from Sechelt Public Library gave us all a lesson on citing sources to ensure that our information is recorded correctly for other genealogists. Sandi led the meeting with "Members' Moments" where participants detailed their latest research into one of their brickwalls.

2025 AGM followed by members reviewing their achievements over the past year and their hopes and aspirations for the coming year.

Members brought their own brickwall problems to the meeting and the participating members helped to solve them (with good success)
