then that is what you will give away.
If you have contempt inside, contempt for yourself,

In reality, it’s easier not to smoke,
not to overindulge, than it is to do so.
Your mind might try to convince you otherwise,
but think of all the steps involved in each habit.
Sometimes, doing nothing is actually the simplest choice.
It is your mind that convinces you otherwise.
It really is easier to not to smoke, or not to be addicted.
If you’re going to smoke or be overweight, you have to do an awful lot of things.
You have go to the store, you have to buy cigarettes, you have to take it out of your pocket, you have to unwrap it, you have to carry fire around with you, you have to constantly be replacing them, spending money… there is a lot you have to do to smoke.
If you’re not going to smoke, all you have to do is not smoke.
So don’t fool yourself and convince yourself that it is easier to smoke. It is much easier not to smoke.

When you release it, you gain freedom—and ironically,
more often than not, it comes back to you.
Anything you must have comes to own you.
Ironically, when you release it, you start to get more of it.

To bring a vision into reality,
you must be willing to do what it takes.
People say, “I visualized, I affirmed, but it didn’t work.”
Ask yourself: What are you not willing to do?
Embrace your dreams fully,
and be prepared to take that vision into action.
In order to make a visualization a reality in the world of form,
you must be willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen.
Willing, that’s the key.
People ask “I tried everything, I visualized, and I affirmed it all,
and it didn’t work. What’s wrong?”
Ask yourself this: “What is it that you’re not willing to do?”
If you say “Well I certainly couldn’t do this or that”.
If that is what it takes, you have to do that. You have to be willing to take your dreams, your affirmations, your internal picture and make them into your reality.
