Positive attitude:

To ability to demonstrate a disposition of optimism and encouragement. A person with a positive attitude possess a 'glass half-full' mentality.

Objectives:

Applicant/educator

• is able to strengthen the personal strengths of the educator to counteract the weaknesses
• is able to accept one´s mistakes and to know how to improve oneself through introspection
• is able to focus on encouragement and the positive side of life and demonstrate it in the relationship between educator and learner
• is able to manage one´s thoughts and guide thougths towards empathy, optimism and enthusiasm in order to obtain the desired results in the teaching-learning process
• is able to seek support from other educators and learners when necessary to achieve the best results
