Creativity is a cluster of skills that are needed to produce ideas that are both original and valuable. Creative teachers can constantly reinvent themselves and adapt their teaching styles and strategies to better understand and manage the diversity of their classroom.

- is able to understand the importance of allowing time for students to explore all possibilities, moving from popular to more original ideas

- is able to di more than one way to accomplish a task, experiment with options and try out other approaches (inventiveness)
