The acceptance of similarities and dissimilarities between the individuals or a group one belongs to. The ability to respond to the differentiated needs of individuals, no matter their personal, social, cultural, ethnic, religious circumstances.

- Or write a reflective essay (max length 1-2 pages) where you describe specific situations in which you were forced to undertake special activities / intentionally react appropriately to respond to the differentiated needs of individuals, no matter their personal, social, cultural, ethnic, religious circumstances.
