INFOPACK FOR PARTCIPANTS
Dear participants of SOESOS in this info pack you will find a lot of information about the youth exchange that we are going to have in Greece from 25 of August 2019 till 1st of September. As you will see in the info pack, information is in categories starting from what we have to do till our meeting in Greece in approximately 45 days.
SOESOS activities that need to be done before the 2nd Youth Exchange in Greece
All organisation and participants must take part in the following activities please if some of them for your organisation have not been done yet try to do them till 10 of August 2020 so to be able to load them in our webpage. As you all know webpage of the program was already created https://sites.google.com/view/soesos/home and you can found in the webpage a completed report for our first Youth exchange in Cyprus last summer with a lot of photos and the whole program of the exchange https://sites.google.com/view/soesos/cyprus-2018. Also in the webpage you can find last year evaluation from participants and from organisations that means that all letters of evaluation that send were upload in the webpage. https://sites.google.com/view/soesos/evaluation/cyprus-2018 In the link you can find directly the questionnaire that participants answered last day of our last YE and also you can go to see results of the evaluation from participants and organisations in the link https://sites.google.com/view/soesos/evaluation/evaluation-from-organisations-2018.

SOESOS Program of the Youth Exchange in Greece
Program of our SOESOS Youth Exchange in Platres Troodos mountains can be found in next table, table 4.
International nights: As you saw in the program we have two international nights and all organisation will have the chance to represent anything that they want from their organisations, and 2 traditional dances with music from their countries. If you want you can bring either traditional cuisine, sweets or drinks. Bring with you what you thing about your country so all participants to know things drinks, foods, dances and music. Each organisation will have half an hour to show and to teach anything that you want about your country. There will be also projector computer and wifi. Be prepared for international nights we are going to have fun 😊
Venue of the SOESOS YE in Greece: The Youth Exchange in Greece will be done in Cavallaris Palace Hotel in Acharnai (http://www.cavallaripalace.gr/index_uk.html). The place has restaurant, venue for activities, playgrounds and all participants will stay in rooms either twin or triple or four beds. In the hotel on breaks we can have coffee and / or having rest time in pool.
Country flags: Is good to have one flag for each country in the Hotel so to see when we will be there with our signs of the program how we will arrange the flags and signs of our program and program countries. Each team is good to bring with them a flag of there country to have them in our venue.
Electricity in Greece
Electricity plugs in Greece is like in all over Europe except from Cyprus J . Cypriot participants be prepared of charging your phones and computers
There are adaptors where you can find in your places with less money (2 or 3 euro) so to be able to put anything on it and be prepared
Wifi in the Hotel
In the hotel you will have access to Wi-Fi and If you are able try to bring also your computer so to be able to work in your team and group work with your computers also. Other wise we will have computer for presentations if you need and paper for posters and all that we will need in the Hotel.
Temperature in Greece
Actually temperature in Greece is going to be hot on days and maybe a little bit cold on days. We will stay somehow in a hotel in a mountain, so on evening and night time it will be a little bit cold. Bring warm clothes for temperatures near to 15 to 20 on night time, it will not be always above 25 and you can watch every day temperature for the place that we will stay in the link: https://www.worldweatheronline.com/acharnes-weather/attica/gr.aspx
What I have to bring with me
You must bring with you the followings:
1. Personal hygiene for your toothpaste, toothbrush and what else you will need
2. Warm clothes for night (not too warm just for temperatures of 15 degrees on night time)
3. Swim suit for pool or beach (also some personal towels for the pool or beach) and anywhere else you want
4. Summer clothes because day time is what even if we are in wood and on mountains
5. Flip flops or similar for bathrooms
6. And at the end your smiley mood and your craziness in a good mood
7. Be prepared to have fun, to dance, to enjoy and to learn a lot of things about other cultures, entrepreneurship and environment

Extra Information’s not for the days of the program but before and after
· Lithuanian group: I made reservation for you for the extra 3 days before the YE at the hotel
· Romanian Group: I made reservation for you for the extra 2 days before the YE at the hotel
· Poland Group: I made reservation for you for the extra day before the YE at the hotel
· Cyprus Group: I made reservation for you for the extra day after the YE at the hotel
· Portuguese group: You can have early check in on Sunday to get rest and to enjoy the pool and I made reservation for you for the extra day after the YE at the hotel and you can have late check out on Monday 2 of September as the program of the bus (according to the hotels schedule if its possible it will be ok).
· Austrian group: I made reservation for you for 2 extra days after the YE at the hotel
· Greek participants: If you want to stay either before or after the program any days (or if you want to participate in any day trip before and after the program) you must contact with me
Saturday 24 of August: There will be day trip to Loutraki Beach (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loutraki) and Korinthos Canal (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corinth_Canal). The minibus will leave from Cavallaris Hotel at 12.00 and we will be back at 8.00 o clock in the evening (beach time, lunch and free time in Loutraki. We consider that participants from Lithuania, Romania will want all to go)
Sunday 1st of September: There will be day trip to Chalkis, town in the island of Euboea. Bus will leave from the hotel after lunch and will go straight to Chalkis (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chalcis) through the big bridge that connects the island with the Main land. The minibus will leave from Cavallaris Hotel at 14.00 and we will be back at 20.30 in the evening after we will visit the main city (beach time, lunch and free time in Chalkis. We consider that participants from Cyprus, Portugal and Austria will want all to go).
