Operators

Operatives are our list of staff currently serving in operations around the globe. This Dossier allows us to better track where our Operators are, and where they are going to be. Within our list of staff we have accrued both former military, and civilians whom of which, through rigorous training and schooling at our Academy, have proven that they are worth their salt-- thus allowing them to work alongside our veteran hands in the field.

Once the Candidate in question has achieved the rate of Operator, they will input their first, and last name for public records. The Candidate will also proceed to write a brief summary of what brought them to Sigma Security Group. Additionally, you are required to provide further supplementary details, including but not limited to; height, weight, age, and eye color.

Things to note about your character building are as follows;

1. Who are they? ; Include your character's first and last name, their paygrade, their aliases(what we would call you in this discord and in-game), and things like their date of birth/place of birth/height/weight/affiliation/ and eye color. You may add this easily upon creating your page by selecting "insert" on the editing page, and selecting "infobox > character", and filling out those specific boxes.

2. What did they do before joining Sigma Security Group? ; Include what this person might have been before they joined the contracting field. Where they in the military/police force? Why did they do what they do? Keep it believable.

3. Why did they join Sigma Security Group? ; What led them to choose to take part in this line of work, and what secured them this position in Sigma. Once again, keep it believable.

Upon completion of your Calling Card and background details, you may put together your own screenshot of your character in-game to be used as the picture on your calling card.
