Oliveira, L.

Luis "Soapy" Oliveira is a security contractor employed as a Technician in Sigma Security Group.

Oliveira is the son of a former military agregate to the Spanish embassy in Caracas, Venezuela, where he was eventualy born. Due to rising tensions between the European and the Latin American nations, Oliveira's father was sent back to Spain with his family. At 18 Oliveira joined the officer candidate school for the Ejercito de Tierra.

In his time in the Spanish Army, Oliveira served two tours in Mali as an advisor to the Malian army, where he met Sigma Operatives working near the city of Gao. Having seen the effectiveness with which Sigma operated, these operatives made Oliveira consider moving on to private security as his line of work.

Convinced that he would see more out of his deployments, Oliveira retired from the army and went on to be employed in Sigma Security Group in March 19th, 2019.

Currently, Oliveira teaches operation and deployment of various weapon systems to Sigma operatives.
