Willard "Wiful" Ball is a security contractor employed as a Specialist for Sigma Security Group. Ball was born in Richland, Washington, to parents who worked at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.

Ball graduated Washington University on an ROTC scholarship in 2014, and was commissioned as a 2LT in the US Army. In December he deployed to Iraq with the 82nd Airborne Division as a Platoon Leader.

With his commission complete in 2019, he joined a now-defunct security contracting firm, beginning his career in the private sector. Problems with leadership led Willard to join Sigma Security Group, along with many other operators. He now serves as a Specialist, assisting with training and performing battlefield leadership roles.
