To boost engagement and increase understanding of lesson material, I love to incorporate hands-on or Project Based Learning experiences. Over the years I have found that learners retain concepts and make more progress toward learning targets when participating in experiential learning activities. Experiential learning requires strategic planning and resource management skills.
