Top tips for lenders
Overcommunicate especially to new drivers! Check if the driver is happy for you to leave stuff in your car if you want to do so (e.g. car seats, dog bed etc). Let the driver know if you need your car back urgently at their end time.
Make sure your description says when it's likely to be available and that your calendar is up to date
Take your phone with you whilst your car is being rented, incase the driver needs to extend for whatever reason
Agree how you will deal with petrol (our suggestion - if they drive for less than 20 miles, it's included, if it's more than 20 miles, they fill up car at 10p per mile driven).
