SF08's Mock Gallery

SF08 TV is a TV network by SF08. Launched in 1988 as The Sonic Fan Network, it changed its name to SF08 TV in January 8, 2018. The network shows programmes that they made and other programming, as well as acquired programming. In 2020, a second channel, SF08 TV 2 was launched.

SF08 TV

Idents

The generic ident, used after the rebranding. Starting around late 2019, this ident was rarely used on-air.

The construction ident, general use. Starting around early 2019, this ident was rarely used on-air.

There were more general idents, but no images are currently present.

This was the first special ident from SF08 TV, used for Sonic Mania Plus from July to August 2018. There was a version without Mighty and Ray which was more commonly used than the original.

Snowflakes ident, used during Christmas 2018, 2019 and 2020, but removed starting in 2021.

Snowman ident, also used in Christmas 2018, 2019 and 2020, but also removed starting in 2021. There were also tree and pudding idents, but images are not currently present.

In 2021, new Christmas idents were made, which are lights, baubles and a present, but images are currently not present.

Halloween ident, used in 2018 and 2019, but removed in 2020, with new idents such as a version of the generic ident with bats flying, but images are currently not present.

An ident used for Saint Patrick's Day 2018, 2019 and 2020. It was a green-colored version of the generic ident.

An ident used for Valentine's Day since 2018.

There was an ident for New Year's Day, which includes the SF08 TV logo with fireworks in the background, but no image is currently present.

There are two idents designed for SML. The first ident is the same as the generic ident, but shortly after, various SML characters appear in all sides. Starting in early 2021, a new ident was created which has the SF08 logo in the same colors as the new SML logo, but no image is currently present. Both idents are rarely used, as other generic idents, as well as special idents were more commonly used instead.

An ident designed for SpongeBob SquarePants. It is rarely used, as other generic idents, as well as special idents were more commonly used instead.

An ident designed for Rocko's Modern Life. It is rarely used, as other generic idents, as well as special idents were more commonly used instead.

There were also idents designed for Talking Tom and Friends/Talking Tom Shorts, Emmerdale, Geometry Dash, BonziBUDDY, and Sonic shows, but images are currently not present.

An earth ident, used before SF08 News, but it was very rarely used for other shows as well.

An ident where a paint pot falls into an SF08 TV logo. It was used for children's programmes, but it is much rarer than the program idents. There were also red, orange, green, yellow, purple, black, white, grey, pink, light blue and brown variants, but by 2020, only the blue, red, orange, green, yellow and white versions are in use.

An football/soccer ident, used on shows during football events, such as the 2018 and 2022 World Cup.

There's a daylight ident where the SF08 TV logo rises up, but images are not currently present. There are also morning, evening and midnight versions.

Finally there were various idents only used in certain regions, but no images are currently present.

Other presentation

The SF08 TV clock, used in sign offs, and it was used before the channel's rebrand. It was only used for a short time, it was removed in July 2018, when SF08 TV started broadcasting 24 hours.

An SMPTE test card, which was only used in NTSC regions. PAL and SECAM regions used Test Card W, but no image is currently present. Both cards were used for closedowns. Both test cards were removed in July 2018, when SF08 TV started broadcasting 24 hours, but it had made very few appearances during breakdowns after July 2018.

A breakdown screen, based on the construction ident. A new breakdown screen was created in 2020, but no image is currently present. It mainly replaced the old breakdown screen, but the old screen still makes very few appearances.

SF08 TV could go off the air in some regions due to certain big natural disasters and other big emergencies. One of them shown here is an earthquake in Peru in 2019. This screen includes Peedy. There were many more screens like this, but no images are currently present.
