Carltonization of Nintendo Consoles

Carlton began to take over Nintendo consoles in 1998 with the release of the Game Boy Color. Here are all the startup screens based off a Carlton or 1998 Central ident.

The GBC had this startup which is not animated, but played a 8-bit version of the 4-note Carlton jingle.

The GameCube had this startup, based on the Clowning ident.

The GBA had this startup based on Central's stripes ident, but it is not animated.

The DS has this startup, which the text fades in. A variant exists for the DSi, but no image is currently present.

The Wii had this startup, with the W being the transmitter.

The 3DS started with this startup, based on the Soldier, Soldier ident. The 2DS had a variant, but no image is currently present.

The Wii U has this startup based on Carlton's Coronation Street ident.

And finally, when the console is turned on for the first time, the Switch had this startup which has the text fading in, but after, it's based on Carlton's generic ident.

Who knows what will the next Nintendo console startup would look like...
