Weazel showed the 1995 ident for the last time before the channel was Carltonized in 1998. The continuity announcer said "Tomorrow, Weazel will adopt the identities of its fellow ITV regions. However, you will still see our name on your screens. Now, we will officially retire this identity".
The next day, Weazel adopted the 1996 Carlton idents, with 'WEAZEL' in place of 'CARLTON'. The first ident shown (which is pictured here) was named "Fading Up", and there is a short version as well.

Weazel was renamed as "Carlton Los Santos", "Carlton Blaine County" and "Carlton Paleto Bay". It is still known as Carlton, even though Carlton and LWT had merged to form "ITV London" in 2002.
Since Weazel was renamed into Carlton, the four main channels in San Andreas — the GTA V island — have been CNT, Rock TV, Star TV, and Carlton.
