The Jericho’s Boys series by Onley James is an MM romance series that blends dark themes with a strong found family dynamic. Each book follows a different couple connected to the same tight-knit group, creating an interconnected set of stories filled with sharp banter, protective friendships, and intense loyalty. Alongside the romances, the series focuses heavily on the bonds between the characters, making the group itself feel just as important as the individual love stories.
For me, the series landed somewhere in the middle — not phenomenal, but not bad either. What really stands out is the found family aspect and the entertaining dialogue between the characters, which gives the books a lot of personality. They’re also very easy to read, the kind of stories you can pick up quickly and move through without much effort. Overall, it’s a solid series if you enjoy character-driven MM romances with strong group dynamics and plenty of banter. Just so you know ıt's gets repetitive if you are going to read this series after reading The Necessary Evil series.
