This is quite filling on its own but you can make the recipe go further by eating it with baked potatoes, rices, pitta bread or anything else you see fit.
Serves 4-6.
Ingredients
750ml passata
400g tin of lentils
1 tin Kidney beans
50g couscous
Chilli powder
Sweet potato
Spring onions
2 cloves of garlic
Coconut or olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon coriander
Jar roasted peppers or fresh peppers (optional)

Method
Put a saucepan on medium heat.
Put passata, lentils, kidney beans and couscous in to pan with 400ml water, add chilli powder and cook on highest heat for 10-15 minutes.
Peel, quarter and slice the sweet potato, chop spring onions. Put both into a separate frying pan with oil and fry for 5 minutes. Add paprika and fry for another 3 minutes.
Mince the garlic and add to the passata, lentil mix along with the cumin and coriander.
Take a ladleful of chilli out and put it in a frying pan to gather the flavour from the frying pan and pour it all into the saucepan full of chilli.
