If you are coming to help at SP3 (or anywhere else at scout hike) you must be registered prior to attending. To register you must be a members of Scouts Victoria. ie a Leader, Rover, Adult Helper, Adult supporter or Fellowship

SP3 has provided an exceptional level of catering for this event and the leaders have enjoyed participating knowing that they will be feed well. Leaders work hard to provide the resources to manage SP3 and the surrounding activities so it is great to be able to provide this resource.
In 2024 your food package MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE. As we have to pay for all the food, fuel etc before we arrive I MUST have your payment to me NO LATER 5pm MONDAY 13th MAY. We go shopping on Tuesday morning

Reasonable good access on Red Hill track. ( about 400 mtr up from MAIN rd intersection. If its dry then OK for two wheel access.

Cover the aspect of badge work as set out in the table.
Be interesting to the Scouts when they come to complete the task
Be fun for the team who are organizing & running the activity.
Decide if they are going to make their base represent a particular icon.

JENKINS RD ACCESS Via West falls rd Heading North on West falls rd turn Right down Jenkins rd ( about 400mtrs)
CAMPING Down the track about 30 mtrs

ACCESS Via MAIN RD then West Falls rd then right into Jenkins Rd - Don't try Jenkins RD of MAIN rd as there is a BIG water hazard
Good area to run activity and probably best to camp about 30mtrs down the track
