enter via Main Rd  ( please park in allocated parking area only)

If you are coming to help at SP3 (or anywhere else at scout hike) you must be registered prior to attending. To register you must be a members of Scouts Victoria. ie a Leader, Rover, Adult Helper, Adult supporter or Fellowship

we will provide fire drums for those that missed the CLOSING DATE and will be self catering

CATERING LIST  ( If you are not on this list then you are self catering or eating elsewhere

SP3 has provided an exceptional level of catering for this event and the leaders have enjoyed participating knowing that they will be feed well. Leaders work hard to provide the resources to manage SP3 and the surrounding activities so it is great to be able to provide this resource.

In 2024 your food package MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE. As we have to pay for all the food, fuel etc before we arrive I MUST have your payment to me NO LATER  5pm  MONDAY  13th MAY. We go shopping  on  Tuesday morning

ALL MEALS  -  FRID Supper, SAT Breakfast ,Lunch,  Dinner. SUN Breakfast, Lunch

C : SELF CATERING

Please bring all your own food and cooking equipment. 

You may use the eating shelter , water and washing up facilities . 

SP3 will dispose of your rubbish.

Reasonable good access on Red Hill track.  ( about 400 mtr up from MAIN rd intersection. If its dry then OK for two wheel access.

   JENKINS RD  ACCESS Via West falls rd  Heading North on West falls rd turn Right down Jenkins rd ( about 400mtrs)

   CAMPING   Down the track about 30 mtrs

   ACTIVITY SITE    3.1

   ACCESS   Via MAIN RD then West Falls rd then right into Jenkins Rd  - Don't try Jenkins RD of MAIN rd as there is a BIG water hazard

Good area to run activity and probably best to camp about 30mtrs down the track

   GEORGES RD.  Access via ARMY RD approx 1200mtr along  Georges RD ( approx 250 mtrs before Intersection with Jenkins rd )

   ACCESS    From MAIN rd  go up Jenkins rd to intersection with Georges rd ( activity site is just down from this intersection)

Very large open area. Plenty of room for activity and camping

At the cnr  BRANDY TK & WILLIES TK   approx 400 mtrs down  Brandy track of MAIN RD rd

ACTIVITY SITE  : GOOD

ACCESS :  a bit Rough  TURN RIGHT at Brandy track ( of MAN rd)  About 300mtr up top of the hill ( under Cyprus Cherry tree)
