If you are coming to help at SP3 (or anywhere else at scout hike) you must be registered prior to attending. To register you must be a members of Scouts Victoria. ie a Leader, Rover, Adult Helper, Adult supporter or Fellowship

SP3 has provided an exceptional level of catering for this event and the leaders have enjoyed participating knowing that they will be feed well. Leaders work hard to provide the resources to manage SP3 and the surrounding activities so it is great to be able to provide this resource.
In 2024 your food package MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE. As we have to pay for all the food, fuel etc before we arrive I MUST have your payment to me NO LATER 5pm MONDAY 12th MAY 2025. We go shopping on Tuesday morning

DINNER- – Available only for those in the advance party that arrive before midday Chicken Schnitzel rolls.

SATURDAY
BREAKFAST - Cereals, Juice, Bacon, Eggs, Toast.
LUNCH – Leaders off site - Packed lunch including - 2 Wraps, Fruit, Chips, Snacks, Boxed Juice.
LUNCH – Leaders on site - Toasted sandwiches, Soup, Fruit, Snacks.
Pre-Dinner Nibbles Cheese, biscuits, chips etc.
DINNER Main - Pasta with choice of sauces – Bolognese, Chicken, Pesto, and Pinenut creamy sauce, Vegetable Ragu. Garlic Bread
Desert – Sticky date pudding and caramel Sauce

On East fall rd ( off main rd)
Traveling east along main rd turn left at East fall rd . - travel approx 1.1 klm on the right side of the rd
Open camping area slopping down towards the back. Learner patrols will camp on the far right and competition patrol will camp on the left side of East Loop track. Leaders, learner leaders and helpers will camp & park cars down East loop track ( about 100 mtrs) Radio & first aid will be 40-50 mtrs down east loop track on the right.
