Do you want extra help on your scales, concert music, notes, fingerings, warm-ups, All-Digfvbnd Audition Music, or on music in general? Participate in the South County High-South County Middle School Bands "Mentorship Mondays" Program beginning In November at 3:00pm-4:00 in the SCHS Band Room. Requirements: 1.) Sign-up on the virtual resources website with the Google Form link provided. (Link will become active in October 2024.)2.) Complete the Required Permission Slip for you to participate in this program. (Found in the Band Room or scroll down.) You only need to complete it once for the entire school year but need to sign-up each week you want to be Mentored. 3.) Meet in the Band Room at 2:30pm on Mondays. Get "Mentorship Monday Late Bus " pass from Mr. Niehoff so you can re-enter SCMS after your lesson and ride the late bus home.4.) Walk to the SCHS Band Room with your Instrument, Music, Books, Binder, and Pencil. (Close to Entrance 14 - there is a SCHS Band Sign on the outside door.) 5.) Meet with your Band Mentor and get a free Private Lesson with a SCHS Band student. 6.) Say "Thank you" before you leave. 7.) Get picked up from SCHS by your parent, walk home from SCHS, OR walk back to SCMS and enter in the Front Entrance to be allowed to get on the Late Bus.
You must sign up by the THURSDAY before your Mentorship Lesson the following Monday so the list of Mentors can be generated in time for the following Monday's Lesson.
