When it comes to consequences, procedures, and rules it is very important that teachers stay consistent. Teachers need to react to the same behaviors for every student and every student needs to be held accountable for the same things. Any exceptions will be addressed if needed and after consulting with admin. Posting the rules and expectations around the classroom is a common and helpful reminder to students of what is expected of them (Evertson and Emmer, 2017, pg. 103).

Third warning: Loss of Fun Friday
Fourth Warning: Message home on class dojo or parent square
Fifth Warning: Administration will be pulled in.
