Implementation
SarvaPrathamik is carried out across multiple phases as detailed below.
The first phase of this initiative involves identifying schools that are in dire need of all-round assistance. In the recent past, the LSF team scoured through the Palghar and Thane districts & identified schools most deprived of an education. Next, the focus shifted to seeking educated members of the community who were, otherwise unemployed, but passionate about empowering children through education. They were subsequently employed as facilitators or coordinators of the program.
The second step comprises of training facilitators in Technopoiesis. They acquire pertinent skills to work collaboratively to create weekly learning plans based on the State Board syllabus and to deliver them to learners.
Thirdly, parents are invited for weekly community sessions and informed of the learning outcomes. These meetings are conducted by the LSF facilitators.
Fourthly, learning outcomes are measured using assessment tools created by LSF to monitor the students’ progress in both academic skills and life skills.
