Refining Your Event Plan

During this time you and the girls are making all the preparations for a successful event! Be sure to let the girls do most of the work, with your guidance. If you have questions, ask event committee members - the events coordinator, service unit manager, or treasurer.

Reservations automatically go to a spreadsheet on the Google site. The Event Director is responsible for keeping the list of attendees, and updating them about the event.

PayPal payments come to the service unit account. The treasurer forwards the info to you as it comes in so you know who's paid and how much. You are responsible for reconciling this information with the reservations, and pinging troops that have reserved but not paid.
