Event Proposal

As soon as your girls have an idea for an event, fill out and submit the proposal form. This gives us the info we need to determine feasibility. The purpose is to get the conversation started, not to have every single detail decided. You're not committed at this point, just exploring possibilities. Put down whatever you know, or are thinking about. This gets the event onto the Service Unit team's radar, so we know you want to do it. The events coordinator can tell you about previous events that are similar, other events that are tentatively planned, and the resources available to help you.

Note: If you attended the annual planning meeting, we already have the basic event info and date, the proposal should include more details.
