Event paperwork must be submitted in plenty of time for the events committee to evaluate the information and ask questions, and for you to make changes, well before the meeting where the girls will present. We want any "churn" to happen ahead of time, so that when the girls present, most of the issues have already been worked out.

Event Approval Checklist - All events need this form. It covers the general info, and important safety checks.
Event Budget Worksheet - All events need this form. You can also include a spreadsheet if that makes more sense for your budget items.
Money-Earning Project Application - If the event is planned as a fundraiser for your troop, you will also need to complete this form. Be sure to review the Money-Earning Project Application Guidelines (included with the form) for important details.
Additional Considerations - Depending on the location and who will be attending, the event may also require a property reservation (online at sdgirlscouts.org, for council properties) and additional insurance (this will also be addressed at the events meeting).
