The amazing lacrosse skill speed training is zooming to a field near you!
After a great Summer at S3 for athletes from across the country, Rob and Skill Speed On The Go will be running remote individual and group training sessions through the Zoom app. S3 will now offer continuous training for athletes all over the country!
All sessions are 45 minutes in length and must be purchased prior to scheduling. Options include purchasing per session, or purchasing 6 classes at a time. Please review the detials to the right for Schedule and Pricing information.
