S3 Training Center
For over twenty years, S3 Training Center has been assisting young, competitive athletes to get off the bench and into the game. The S3 Training facility features an indoor, half-field turf training area for game scenario training and full strength training equipment.
S3 Training Center has developed the unparalleled "Skill-Speed" training program and is committed to teaching youth, high school and college athletes at every level, how to execute the critical skills for their specific sport at true game speed.
This training program is designed to allow each young athlete elevate their game to the highest level. It is not your everyday basic sport skills training program, coupled with basic speed training. With S3 Skill-Speed Training, it is training for faster foot speed and training to execute all the skills in the game at a faster speed than the opponent can execute his or her counter skills.
The S3 Training Program will make you into the player that every coach will notice and assist you in securing your spot on the field.
Hours of Operation
Monday - Thursday 4:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Friday 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Saturday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Sunday 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Box Lacrosse: Monday and Thursday 6-8 pm

In order for the S3 Training Center to receive both the client’s commitment to athletic improvement, and the training time needed to properly execute our teaching principles, all training will be pre-paid for six (6) sessions.
All athletes will be interviewed and evaluated to determine the specific areas for improvement. Such assessments will be discussed with the athlete and parent(s) by a member of the training staff.
Workout times are to be scheduled with Rob Slade. Generally, workout sessions are scheduled for 1 ½ hours. All workout sessions are group sessions with multiple participants.

All prepaid packaged sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase date or be forfeited.
