Immediately upon arrival in Rota, one of the base check-in stops is at the Security Office.

You will be issued a Spanish ID card called a "TEI" (Tarjeta Especial de Identificacion).

• This is the ID you will use to enter and exit the base (not your US military ID).

• Entitles access to:

  • the Exchange

  • Commissary

  • Base services

  • Base gate entry/exit
