The Learning Clubs provides students with additional study opportunities for a range of topics – Movie Club, Documentary Club, Planet Earth Club, Music Club, News Club, Book Club, Speaking Club. These clubs will be led by the students with facilitation from RSELP staff. The clubs will meet when the time is available, usually when there is no class or when there is additional time.
This course provides students a chance to relax their mind and experience new forms of learning through an exploratory class. The students will increase their ability to work in groups as well as individually through the class. Students will pursue learning new topics that are interesting for them. Students motivate themselves to speak English on campus. RSELP campus is environmentally friendly and has a library full of leadership development genre books for the students to read and mature their personal leadership skills, statues, characters and morality.
The Sports Day is one of the special events of RSELP School of Leadership, which is done at the beginning of the third term of the academic year. There are competitions in different fields of sports. The event will be conducted at RSELP campus. Nearest local churches and their youths will be invited to participate in the sports day competition events. Among them are football, soccer, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, marathon, Spetakraw (chin lone) and other mini-sports.
IFP conducts trainings, meeting and short camping programs and hold a youth IFP conference once every year at Maesot, Thailand. Candidates and students from RSELP have joined IFP-Maesot since 2017. RSELP normally have 3 to 5 coda of candidates to attend the conference. The aim of the conference is to work for peace and empowerment by connecting youth from different communities to work together. RSELP holds the spirit of "Learn through fun, teach through fun, and grow together through fun". As the RSELP students enjoy their school campus and environment, they also enjoy their fellow co-learners through sports, games and activities, they develop their motivations and spirit of leadership.
RSELP school of leadership faculties and teachers are also friendly and give their students a space of freedom aside from students' self determine disciplines. RELP teachers, and students enjoys their time together by going picnic, or wonderful sightseeing places.
RSELP promote the vision of servant leadership, and develop the characteristics of the young students’ lives by participating in social works in the community, having fellowship with the youths from Local Church, participating in the community services and Church services, and by having retreats once a term during the term break in order to build a good relationship among teachers and students.
