Must be youth members of Kachin Baptist Convention.
Between the age of 16 to 23 years old.
Must be at least a high school graduate or have taken matriculation exam.
Can read, write and communicate in basic or Elementary level English.
Must be willing and committed to study and work out the prescribed 3 Terms of the program, equivalent to 6 months fulltime study.
Application Form, properly filled up must be submitted before deadline of submission through online or via mail box
Candidate must submit written permission of parents / guardian about attending RSELP.
The following should be attached to the accomplished Application Form:
One recent coloured ID photo, size 2in x 2in, white background.
A copy of high school certificate or high school exam marks if applicable.
Physical examination reports or medical check-up reports
A reference letter from the Youth Director or Secretary of Local Church.
A reference from Youth Director of Association or responsible teacher.
An essay about the applicant’s community, why he/she wants to attend this Ramprat Shanan Education and Leadership Program and what are his/her expectations?
An essay about the applicant’s opinions on the motto ‘‘Today’s Youth and Today Leaders’’ including how he/she understands the roles of the young generation in the community and how he/she envision himself / herself to be in five years.
These two essays must be written in English.
All student applicants to RSELP must take an entrance exam.
Entrance exam will be facilitated by the Youth Director of the Local Church and will be held at the Local Church. The actual exam date will be arranged by the facilitator.
Admission passing score is 50 and above. Those with scores of 40 to 49 will be admitted with conditions.
Entrance exam paper must be submitted before April 4th, 2022
Applicants who passed the entrance exam and are due for admission to RSELP will be contacted and interviewed by the Assistant Coordinator or Administration officer.
Students due for admission and registration to RSELP shall arrive the school at least one day before the registration day.
Registration will be held at the designated office at RSELP.
Registration day will be 22th April evening.
Students must bring a recent ID coloured photo (2in x 2in).
Parents or family members should assist the student in the registration process.
Tuition fees and registration fees should be settled upon registration. Students who have financial issues are permitted to settle their tuition fees in three separate instalments. All tuition fees must be paid before each academic term break.
Students are responsible for identifying required academic process and enrolment status.
At the beginning of each term, every RSELP student is required to be present on campus, complete prescribed payment, and register.
Students must meet all requisites, permissions, and restrictions.
Student must notify the registration officers or administration staffs if he/she would ask for a leave on registration day or late arrival to the campus. Unless there is force majeure, failure to apply for (to register in due time) will automatically nullify the student’s admission status.
